Using technology for medical purposes may be beneficial in some cases, but there is the probability of negative aspects, for example, radiation exposure. Should the government be funding an increased amount of money towards these new advanced developments even if these projects may not end successfully?

Some people bring their cell phones to class and use them for non-educational purposes, while some use their devices for research and educational assistance.
